Our service area follows the northern arc of metro Atlanta, from Lawrenceville in the middle of Gwinnett County up to Buford and Lake Lanier, across to Cumming in Forsyth County and down to Alpharetta and Johns Creek in North Fulton. Not quite. A seasonal service hangs temporary strings each autumn and takes them down in January. We install a permanent system once, and you change it from your phone for every holiday after that. Our permanent Christmas lights page compares the two in more detail.
As early as you can. Autumn is when most people start thinking about holiday lights, so asking for a quote in summer or early fall gives you the widest choice of install dates. Because the system is permanent, an install in spring or summer is just as useful.
Yes. Gemstone’s manufacturer warranty applies wherever the system is installed, as long as it is registered within 30 days. See the warranty page for the full terms by product.
