Commercial Track Lights
Commercial Outdoor Lighting
for North Atlanta Businesses
Gemstone Lights® commercial track lights keep your brand colors on the building every evening, with schedules, holiday looks and multi-site control from one app.
Your Building, in Your Colors
Commercial outdoor lighting from Gemstone Lights uses the same permanent track system we install on homes, engineered for storefronts, restaurants, offices and churches. The lights stay on the building all year, so the install that lights your entrance on a weeknight can also carry a holiday display in December, without paying a crew to hang it and take it down again.
Every light can be set to an exact color, so you can match the palette in your logo instead of settling for the nearest stock shade. Run a calm brand look most nights, switch to a sale color for a weekend promotion, or load one of the downloadable holiday patterns and become the most festive stop on the block.
Along the retail corridors of Gwinnett and the office parks of North Fulton, most people see a business from the road at dusk. A lit roofline in brand colors registers from a passing car well before the sign is close enough to read.
Three Tracks for Commercial Rooflines
Plenty of commercial buildings have no roof overhang, which rules out a track that only mounts under a soffit. Gemstone makes three profiles, all in industrial-grade aluminum that holds up for years, and all available in more than 150 colors so the track blends into your facade.
How much wall wash you get depends on the track. We show you what to expect on your building during the quote.
- Commercial track: side-mounted, tilting the lights 20° outward so they read from the street
- U-channel: very low profile for tight spots, with a bracket that mounts several ways
- Hat track: fastened under a soffit, the way a residential install is
Run Every Location From One App
The Gemstone Lights app was built with multi-site owners in mind.
Multi-Property Management
Group several buildings and switch them together, or open one site and change it on its own.
Staff Permissions
Give a store manager or your property company access, with the permission level you decide.
Weekly and Yearly Timers
Have the lights come on at sunset on business nights and plan holiday looks a year ahead.
Control From Anywhere
Adjust any site from your phone over WiFi or cellular data, without a trip to the building.
Built for Storefronts, Churches and Offices
Storefronts and restaurants
Light the roofline in your brand colors every evening, then change the look for a grand opening, a holiday weekend or game day. A lit building catches the eye from the parking lot long before anyone can read the menu board.
Churches
Church Christmas lights usually mean volunteers on ladders every November and a tangle of extension cords every January. A permanent system holds a gentle warm white through the year and moves to Advent, Christmas or Easter colors on a schedule you set once.
Offices and multi-site owners
Set individual lights brighter over entrances and exits after dark for a simple layer of security lighting. If you own several sites, run them from one account with smart scheduling that follows sunset through the seasons.
Planning a holiday display for the business? Our permanent Christmas lights page covers the seasonal side, and the residential track lights page goes deeper on the track, the lights and the install.

Lights
10 years
System parts
System parts: power kits, controllers, extensions, cables, connectors, and tracks.
Lifetime is defined by the manufacturer’s accelerated light testing: the lights are designed to last up to 50,000 hours, about 20 years at seven hours a day. How long the lights are actually used does not affect the warranty.
Register within 30 days
Register the warranty within 30 days of the original installation date. The warranty is not valid otherwise.
Selling your home
The warranty can be transferred once, within the 10-year warranty period, to a new homeowner who contacts Gemstone Lights directly within 90 days of taking possession of the home. The new owner receives the remaining coverage up to a maximum of 2 years, provided at least 2 years remain; if less than 2 years remain, the new owner inherits the remaining balance.
Labor
Labor is not covered: Gemstone Lights is not responsible for labor or other costs to install warrantied products or parts. Your authorized dealer may offer its own labor warranty, so ask them.
Commercial Lighting Questions
It depends on the linear footage of your rooflines, which track profile the building needs, how many controllers or sites are involved and where power is available. A free quote, based on your actual building, sets out the options and the price.
With one of three aluminum tracks: a side-mount commercial track for walls with no overhang, a low-profile U-channel for tight spaces, or a hat track fixed under a soffit. We pick the profile that best shows off your building and talk you through the choice.
