Halloween Lighting

Halloween Lights
Without the Ladder

Halloween lights that live on your roofline all year and turn spooky the moment October arrives. Gemstone Lights® Atlanta installs them once on North Atlanta homes, and you run the scares from your phone.

Spooky season

Orange, Purple and Green on Demand

Permanent Halloween lights sit in the same color-matched track as your everyday lighting, so there is nothing to haul down from the attic in October. Open the Gemstone Lights app, pick pumpkin orange, witchy purple or a sickly green, and the whole roofline changes in a second.

Because every light is individually addressable you can go well past one solid color. Run orange and purple in alternating pairs, put a green glow over the front door, or leave the peaks dark and light only the eaves for a moodier look. Dim it down to a low ember if you want the house to look abandoned rather than bright.

The same lights turn red and green for Christmas, so Halloween is one stop on a longer calendar. See holiday lighting for the rest.

Movement

Animations That Do the Haunting

A still orange roofline looks festive. A moving one looks haunted. The app includes 27 animations, and a handful sound like they were named in October: Ghost, Glitch, Flicker and Eyeball are all on the list, and each one puts a different kind of motion over whatever colors you choose.

Pyramid Chase and Tremor are worth a try too, especially on houses with several gables. Speed and brightness are adjustable on the Now Playing screen, so you can keep it gentle while toddlers are out and crank it up once the older kids arrive.

The full list lives on Patterns & Animations.

Six Ways to Light Up October

Turn on Halloween Autopilot

Subscribe once and the house picks a Halloween pattern each night without being asked.

Schedule the Halloween folder

Queue spooky patterns for the whole month so coming home after dark feels like a haunted house.

Add Ghost or Glitch

Layer an animation over your colors so the lights shimmer, stutter and move.

Mark the front door

Light the section over the entry in its own color so trick-or-treaters know where to knock.

Keep it subtle

A soft architectural pattern in orange, purple, green or red reads as seasonal without shouting.

Build a playlist

Rotate through several Halloween looks over the evening, all running from the app.

Nothing to Take Down After Trick-or-Treat

The best part shows up the morning after. There are no orange strings to coil, no zip ties to snip off the gutters and no tote to wedge back into the garage. You switch the lights to warm white, or let your schedule do it, and the house goes straight back to its everyday look.

Georgia Octobers can swing from warm afternoons to storms in the same week. The lights and their sealed connections are built for rain, heat and wind, so they keep working through the season and the eleven months after it.
